Applying for Home Rentals

We will perform a detailed credit and background check on all applicants.

General Application Guidelines

  • Income: A monthly income of a minimum of 3 times the monthly rent. Unverifiable income will not be considered. If you are a college student and your parents will be paying the rent we will need to verify their ability to pay.

  • Rental History: No previous evictions allowed. Some rental or ownership history is preferred.

  • Employment/Income/Assets: will be verified as deemed necessary.

  • Applications: Anyone who is older than 18 must submit an application, whether or not your income/assets will be used to qualify for the residence.

  • Pets: Our pet policy is dictacted by the owner of the property. If allowed, the pet must be approved. Additional security deposit will be required.

  • Approval: All adults must sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of final approval. The home will stay on the market until agreement is signed and the holding deposit is collected.

  • Photo ID: Required for adults such as driver's license, military ID or state ID is required at the time of lease signing.

How to Submit the Rental Application

  2. Fax: 951-514-2775. Be sure to include a copy of your I.D. and supporting documents

    * Please submit your 2 most recent paystubs with the application. If you are self employed, the most current tax returns and the previous two bank statement must be submitted with the application.


  3. We Charge a $35 application fee per applicant. We accept money order, cashier's check, or cash. Payment of cash is at your own risk. We cannot be responsible for lost applications and cash.

    We cannot process an application unless the processing fee has been paid.
